Centre Commercial a Bel Air

A fast growing business, busy at all times, limited on space has given rise to this project where the three elements were considered. Savers’ is an existing supermarket at Bel Air. The brand new Savers’ will house some commercial outlets, food court and a brand new Supermarket which relate to the empire of Savers.
The project has adopted a modern approach and tempting façade to welcome the curiosity of the customers for a visit. There is vehicular access to the basement parking and internal access to the shopping mall.
The two storey building is set back from the main street giving some parking area at the front and access for two wheelers. At ground floor sits the Main Supermarket which is welcomed by a dozen of commercial outlets overlooking a void area towards the seated food court area. The deliveries are done at the rear access which is not noticed from the front, thus separating the commercial and wholesale areas.
With emerging commercial center round the island, this outlet completes the trend and integrates within the standard.
